Jeannie Mai has been trying to restart her health and fitness efforts after a hospitalization and surgery following her time on "Dancing with the Stars." She admitted that it's been tough to get back on track, but is determined to hit her goals and wants to share her journey with fans along the way.
"Although I'm incredibly thankful to be back to 100% health, I gotta be honest..this pandemic and my setback left me feeling unmotivated and depressed," Mai recently shared on Instagram.
She added, "I feel weak and frail, something I've never experienced feeling. I can't even get myself to do a 20 min walk! So day by day, I've been working slowly to motivate myself to come back stronger and healthier than ever."
