The younger sister of Britney Spears took to Instagram this week to remember when she was pregnant with her 2-year-old daughter, Ivey Joan Watson, while still working her hustle as a TV star in the Netflix series, "Sweet Magnolias." Spears shared the throwback to remember that things may not always be as they seem, and you never know what people are dealing with behind the scenes while juggling family and career.

Jamie Lynn Spears shared the hotel room selfies, which were taken around 2 years ago while she was pregnant with Ivey.

Wearing a comfy outfit of drawstring shorts and a t-shirt with a jacket, Spears wrote that she was throwing it back to:

"[To] when I was around 10 weeks preggers with Ivey in a hotel somewhere, while traveling for work. I remember I had already thrown up like 3 times before 9am, but got dressed and went to all my meetings like normal."

29-year-old Spears followed up with a special message:

"So, what appears to be another set of selfies from some self centered a-hole, was actually a sick pregnant woman trying her best not to barf. It’s funny how little we actually know just by looking at a picture."

The post generated thousands of likes for the star, and included messages of support from fans who shared similar experiences:
