Jessica Alba Flaunts Fab Physique With Healthy Hip-Swiveling Spandex TikTok

Jessica Alba showed off her impressive physique to inspire her fans to dance!

The L.A.'s Finest actress magically changed from her pajamas to her sultry spandex outfit on Saturday. Alba busted out some choreographed dance moves that really got hearts pumping... especially the hearts of her millions of followers. With the help of some words placed on her dance video, she inspired her fans for "Selfcare Saturday." Jessica revealed all the exercises she does to make sure her mental health is in order.

Jessica simply captioned her fabulous dance video with "#selfcare." Her followers and some of her famous friends sounded off in the comments.

"Is this what you’re sending me?" Chelsea Handler wrote in a confused fashion, while Rosario Dawson sent love in the form of heart ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ emojis.

Some followers were more impressed by her outfit as opposed to her sweet moves.

In the Warren/Alba household, TikToks are a family affair and Jessica treated her fans to a synchronized holiday dance with her 12-year-old daughter, Honor Marie Warren earlier this week.

Mama Alba and Honor danced their hearts out in front of their sweet Christmas tree... kinda seems like the whole family spends a lot of time in pajamas! The holiday dance TikTok started off with a pretty cool mother-daughter handshake.

Alba and fam really stepped up their viral dance game when the pandemic first hit but it didn't take too long for Jessica's hubby, Cash Warren, to totally be over the dance videos.

Jessica had a little fun at his expense back in April when she put him on blast. His moves failed to match the pizazz that she was looking for so she roasted him.

"He so over it," she wrote over Cash's head.

"Really bored," the text above his dome read before it changed to, "Not into any of this."

In early December, Jessica had a chance to speak with former President Barack Obama about all sorts of topics... including her son going number 2! He was making media appearances while promoting his new book, "A Promised Land," but she thought it was a good idea to brink up potty training.
