Tamar Braxton claims she is sober, and focusing on her health -- and she is looking GREAT!

The 'Braxton Family Values' star just updated fans on her ongoing recovery which appears to include a ton of time in the gym and eating healthy, because he is snatched! The reality star just dropped an eye-popping video on Instagram where she is sporting a pair of skintight spandex showing off her ripped abs. It's insane!

In the video, she appears to clear up any rumors that she has rekindled with ex-husband Vincent Herbert, and is single and ready to mingle!

In the sexy clip, Tamar is shooting a smoking hot mirror selfie where she is decked out in a purple and pink spandex set, that leaves little to the imagination. Braxton pulls down the bottoms just enough to show off her rock-hard abs while she swings her hips.

Tamar was well known for her mind-blowing body and sexy looks, but she has been dealing with a whole bunch of issues that may have diverted from the health regiment. We broke the story, the reality star was rushed to an L.A. hospital after a reported suicide attempt -- after drinking and taking an unknown amount of prescription medication.

After the incident, Tamar spent some time in a specialized clinic getting treatment for the issues. Plus, she was then hit with a restraining order by her ex-boyfriend, and a lawsuit by her ex-agents.

At this point, she claims she is on the road to recovery and she looks AWESOME!

As for the ex-husband situation, Tamar claiming she doesn't have a 'Santa' may be referring to the recent rumor she is rekindling with her ex-husband. The couple split several years back after Braxton reportedly began "feeling smothered" due to their personal and business lives overlapping.

The breakup played out on their reality show, which included allegations of domestic violence.
