Miley Cyrus and her fully open shirt are getting noticed. The 28-year-old singer has been cramming her Instagram with snaps from her recent Rolling Stone cover, with the feature accompanying the release of Miley's seventh studio album, "Plastic Hearts." Miley, followed by 116 million, dropped one more shot ahead of the weekend, with the grunge-effect vibe not falling short after Miley went fully topless while grabbing her chest for the magazine's cover. Scroll for the balcony action. Miley, who fronted media outlets before the November 27 release of "Plastic Hearts" by releasing her "Prisoner" collab with Dua Lipa, is now making headlines for reflecting on her failed marriage to actor Liam Hemsworth, but this shot left the Aussie out of it.
The snap, already called the "best" a fan has ever seen, showed Miley shot outdoors, solo, and on a balcony overlooking streets and buildings. Nothing fancy, with a sober wardrobe likewise low-key, but it was racy.

Miley, leaning against the balcony and swearing black-flared pants and an open shirt-jacket, kept it very busty as she ditched the bra, but the vibe wasn't seedy as the "Midnight Sky" singer retained her class. The COVID mullet accompanied shades and bold red lip, with Miley looking downards.
"IF YOU THINK THAT I’M SOMEONE TO GIVE UP & LEAVE THAT’LL NEVER BE ME. @rollingstone @bradelterman," the caption read.

Miley's "Plastic Hearts" album, which follows the 2019 release of "SHE IS COMING," brings a massive reinvention as the singer goes punk rocker, with "Midnight Sky" showing this via disco-ball vibes in the music video.
“I could say I f-cking planned it and I’m a strategic f-cking genius, but I wish I was this strategic,” Miley told Rolling Stone. “I don’t ever know what kind of record I’m trying to make when I start making it. And then because of how my lifestyle [is] and where I am in my life, it always fits and works because it’s just honest."

Miley is fresh from appearing on "The Howard Stern Show" and addressing her seven-month marriage to "The Hunger Games" actor Liam Hemsworth. The former couple split in October 2019. Saying that she still loves Liam "very much," Miley also mentioned the home she and Liam lost in wildfires.
"Me being an intense person and not wanting to sit with it and not wanting to go, you know, 'What could be purposeful about this?' I just clung to what I had left of that house, which was me and him."
