Kylie Jenner Fears for Daughter's Safety After Obsessed Fan Breaks Into Neighbor's Home

Kylie Jenner filed a restraining order against an obsessed fan who was arrested after breaking into one of her neighbor's home while looking for her and says she is now in fear for her daughter's safety.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Kylie rushed to an L.A. County Court to get a restraining order against a man who traveled from North Dakota to try and meet the make-up mogul.

Kylie Jenner filed a declaration in the restraining order describing the scary situation, and asking a judge to order the person (who we are choosing not to name) to stay away from her and the family.

"I am informed that on Thursday, November 19, 2020...(a person) broke into a home in the same cul-de-sac as my residence. (He) was scared off by one of the residents and fled," Kylie wrote.

She continued," I am informed he was later captured and arrested when attempting to reenter the gated neighborhood in his vehicle. I am informed that upon being arrested, he stated he was there for "Kylie" but went into the wrong house. I am also informed that he spontaneously stated to the arresting deputies that he was there to meet "Kylie." I am informed he traveled from North Dakota for the purpose of meeting me."

"There is absolutely no reason or legitimate purpose for him to be contacting me or coming to my home. I do not share publically where I reside. The fact that he was able to ascertain where I reside, attempted to gain access to my home and in fact, broke into a home that he believed to be min scares me," Kylie said.

Adding, "I have a young child and I also fear for her safety."

In the documents, Kylie provided a copy of the private security report from her neighborhood that details the scary interaction between the neighbors and the man, including being discovered inside the home, shirtless, by an 8-year-old child.

In the report, the family claims the suspect entered their residence from an unlocked sliding glass door in the backyard. The person remained inside the residence for approximately 17 minutes, until being discovered by their small child.

The child "decided to go to her playroom located on the third floor -- when she entered the playroom she saw a male White adult, without a shirt standing next to her desk." Adding "When the suspect saw (the child) he put his finger to his lips and signaled for her to be quiet." At that point, the child "became scared, ran downstairs, and scream for her parents," the report said.

The man was arrested and charged with felony burglary, and a judge ordered him to stay 100 yards away from Kylie, her home, and daughter Stormi.
