Carrie Underwood has sparked a wave of complaints after flaunting her world-famous legs in painted-on pants and while on the move. The 37-year-old country superstar and 2005 "American Idol" winner updated her Instagram ahead of the weekend in what appeared to be a mall, with the "Southbound" singer looking both workout-ready and COVID-ready in trendy athleisurewear and a patterned face mask. Looks like the latter has caused a hoopla, with the "My Gift" singer now getting big-time mask-shamed. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photo. It comes as Carrie tops charts with her "My Gift" Christmas album and gears up for an HBO Max Christmas special.
The photo showed the blonde looking gorgeous and definitely showing off those rock-hard legs. Carrie, snapped solo without a soul around, was walking indoors and wearing skin-tight black yoga pants, a white sweater and peeking pink top, plus black sneakers.
"Arriving at a safe and socially distanced watch party of my new Christmas Special! #MyGiftHBOMax #ChooseYou #StayThePath @caliabycarrie," the caption read.

Carrie, who was mask-shamed earlier this year at Target, now sees some of her fans resuming the theme.
"Take that silly mask off," a fan wrote, with over 65 users agreeing.
"She needs to take it off, looks stupid," another added, with the mom of two, who has been delivering COVID-safe messages on Instagram together with 2010-married husband Mike Fisher, repeatedly told to remove her face wear. Carrie was also told not to "cover up that beautiful face" and "take the mask off."

Carrie, who did rack up plenty of compliments, did, however, see the haters rearing their ugly heads. "You find it necessary to announce it's a safe and distant event? Stop," one follower harshly wrote.
Fortunately for Carrie, those realizing that the global pandemic now requires masks for public safety, were quick to back the singer. In fact, one fan even wanted Carrie's 2015-founded CALIA by Carrie clothing brand to make face masks. Carrie is fresh from promoting both the label and her March-released Fit52 app. More photos below.

Carrie, who has been in quarantine with former ice hockey player husband Mike Fisher and the couple's sons Jacob and Isaiah, has been opening up on the pandemic. In particular, what lock-down has brought her.
“Early on, I feel like I did a pretty good job of saying, ‘OK, how do we circumvent our situation and what we do?’ And I feel like it brought me a bigger sense of peace in knowing that I was not in control and still, like I said, just continuing to move forward," she said this week.
