'If We Start To Act Like A Little Old Lady... We Get Killed!'
While discussing her regimens with Yahoo Life, Stewart revealed that she and her friends have a specific agreement that helps her maintain a healthy lifestyle and youthfulness. The celebrity chef disclosed that she has a deal with her friends that prevents them from "acting like a little old lady."
Stewart said, "we have an agreement where if we start to act like a little old lady and don't care about what our house looks like, or it smells or anything, we get killed."
She went on to share that she was not going to turn down her lifestyle and start "living badly" as she aged. Stewart revealed that she maintains her vibrancy and youthfulness by visiting the gym regularly, eating healthily, and spending time with her loved ones.
"Once you've lived well, you always should live well," she noted.
Martha Stewart Loves To Hangout With Friends
Between handling business and hosting The Martha Stewart Podcast, Stewart also explained that she makes time for other activities, especially if it involves hanging out with her friends. According to Yahoo, Stewart is set to visit the Oreoverse (the first metaverse experience launched by a cookie brand) with her friend Ryan McCallister.
"Keeping up with friends is good," Stewart noted, "and having interesting dinner parties and dinners on a nightly basis if you can with friends, depending on how busy your family life is."
The celebrity chef also expressed that she's developed an interest in social media, as it is everywhere you turn these days. "Social media is all-important," she explained. "You have to know what's up, what's doing well, what's working, what isn't working, and how to get people to pay more attention to what you're all about and what you're trying to promote."

She recounted how her recent trip to Madagascar with her grandkids was fun, pointing out that they learned how to scuba dive, hiked through jungles, visited primitive villages, and learned about seaweed farming.
Stewart took to Instagram to share beautiful nature photos from the trip, enlightening her fans on the vast array of wildlife, unusual rock formations, and beautiful flora on display in the protected forest.
In one of the photos, she could be seen walking through a path in the jungle alongside her grandkids. In a second photo, Stewart captured beautiful trees and the rocks that the Madagascar forest has on natural display.
