Their oust from ABC comes after their BTS affair came to light in November 2022.
According to reports, a mediation session with the network and the co-hosts ended on Thursday, January 26th.
The network cut ties with Robach and Holmes, but the co-hosts will not walk away empty handed.
The couple will walk away with payouts per their respective contracts.
Robach & Holmes' Contracts Will Be Paid Out
TMZreports the mediation session was “extremely contentious.” ABC executives accused Robach and Holmes of various forms of misconduct.
One sourced called it a “witch” hunt.
The accusations are pretty wild!

Read On To Find Out What ABC Accused Robach & Holmes Of Doing
The outlet reports that one of the accusations is that Robach had liquor in her dressing room, which is a violation of policy per ABC.
A source deemed the accusation “ridiculous” and alleged some of the bottles were sent to her from top ABC News executives.
Another blow Robach had to take was the accusation that she showed up to work drunk following her attendance at the College Football National Championship game a year ago.
“INSANE” was what one source called the allegation, and said she was simply tired.
As for Robach and Holmes as an on-air team and behind-the-scenes couple, ABC execs felt they waited too long to reveal their relationship, and their “behavior on set” was “uncomfortable” for some staffers.
When their affair initially broke, the network said they didn’t believe they broke any rules given Robach and Holmes were considered equals at the show in position.
It’s unclear what accusations were brought against Holmes, but according to a source close to a former junior ABC staffer named Jasmin Pettaway, the co-anchor also had liquor in his office.
An anonymous “well-placed” source dished to the Daily Mail, “He was a predator who took full advantage of his position, and he was reckless.”
It was Jasmin’s “first real job in television, and it was a big deal for her. She was looking for a mentor and she reached out to several people.”

Holmes happened to be the only responsive person, and they worked on the same shift.
Jasmin was a script coordinator at the time.
“He absolutely abused the position of trust,” the source continued. “Holmes was someone who would grab drinks and he and Jasmin started doing that. You must remember he was a correspondent at the time and he's taking time to speak to her about work or whatever. I don't know how long that had been going on before it got sexual, but I do know the first time it did was in his office, and he was about to go on air in a couple of hours.”
Holmes Abused His Position Of Power
One time Holmes allegedly called Pettaway into his office and she found him drinking liquor.
“There's like an atmosphere shift, almost an expectation that something's going to happen, and it did,” the anonymous source explained. “They had sex and I know she was confused afterwards as to what it meant. That kind of ‘Did that just really happen?’ feeling. I mean that's pretty risky behavior on his part.”
Another encounter Holmes and Jasmin reportedly had happened outside of the office at a public bar.
He got “handsy” with his co-worker and didn’t appear bothered if anyone saw.
“He just didn't seem to care. You know he's wearing his ring. He has a wife, he has a relatively high-profile job, but he wasn't acting like he was concerned about either of those things at the time,” the source noted.
Holmes eventually dropped Jasmin as his side piece after several months of hooking up.
“Jasmin was a beautiful girl and he had it all on his terms. He was interested and then he wasn't,” said the source. “This was a young woman, starting out in a difficult industry, looking for role models and mentors and she got T.J. No-one talked about abuse of power back then, but stuff happened.”
Jasmin continued to work at ABC in New York until 2016. She later moved to Cleveland, Ohio to work at the network’s local affiliate.
