Stassi Schroeder's contract to appear on "Vanderpump Rules" was not renewed for the series' potential ninth season due to allegations of racist behavior brought against her by her ex-co-star Faith Stowers. But does the pregnant fashion blogger truly want a show of her own?
On November 30, an insider told Hollywood Lifethat Stassi, who is due to give birth to her first child with husband Beau Clark in January, would "love" to return to television in her own series about her life.
Stassi Schroeder Is Supposedly Hoping To Make A TV Return In 2021
According to the report, 32-year-old Stassi has “told those around her that she would really like to return to TV next year.” However, her main focus lies on her future wedding and daughter.
As "Pump Rules" fans will recall, Stassi and Beau were forced to cancel their dream wedding in Italy in September due to the coronavirus pandemic but are reportedly planning to move forward with the ceremony once certain restrictions and guidelines pertaining to the spread of COVID-19 are lifted.
Stassi Schroeder Supposedly Misses The Cameras
“Stassi’s focused on having the baby and potentially a bigger wedding next spring or summer, but she’d then like to get back to some work and normalcy again,” the source said.
“They’ve both worked really hard to take this time to better themselves after everything that’s happened, and their goals in 2021 is to be back to some sort of show again. Stassi especially would love to have her own reality show about her life with her daughter and Beau. She misses the cameras.”
Stassi Schroeder Confirmed Her Pregnancy Days After Being Fired
In June, just after Bravo confirmed they would no longer be working with her, Stassi confirmed on Instagram that she and Beau were expecting a baby girl. In the months since, a number of her former cast mates, including Scheana Shay, Lala Kent, and Brittany Cartwright, have confirmed that they too are expecting children in 2021.
As "Pump Rules" fans may know, Scheana and Lala are expecting baby girls while Brittany, who is married to Stassi's ex, Jax Taylor, is expecting a baby boy.
Beau Clark Seemingly Shuts Down The Report
Following the sharing of Hollywood Life's story, Beau took to his Instagram Stories, where he shared a screenshot of the alleged insider's claim and seemingly shut down the idea that his wife is hoping to return to television.
"Who are these 'sources'??" he asked. "We literally talk to [seven] people."
While Beau didn't directly say whether Stassi wants to be back on television, he seemed to at least be denying the claims made by the outlet's unnamed insider.
No word yet on a "Vanderpump Rules" season nine.
