Kelly Clarkson just proved that latex isn't just for the Kardashians. The "American Idol" OG and host of "The Kelly Clarkson Show" put on a strong front today amid major headlines she's making for securing custody of her kids in the wake of her divorce drama, with a sizzling red latex dress and bra showoff showing Kelly looking her best. Kelly, 38, updated her Instagram with photos from last night's "The Voice" looks, and the mom of two definitely didn't disappoint. Check it out below.

Scroll for the photos. They come as a Los Angeles Superior Court judge awards Kelly primary custody over 6-year-old River and 4-year-old Remy amid the singer battling ex Brandon Blackstock.

The photos showed Kelly smiling and backstage. The bubbly talk show host was flaunting the 37 pounds she dropped in 2018 in a gorgeous and super-tight red latex dress with a plunging neckline. A lacy black bra forming a bustier underneath upped the ante as Kelly also sported lipstick matching her dress.

Kelly, clocking herself over 100,000 likes for the snaps, even shared a super-leggy one showing the dress to be slit up the thigh. A caption, meanwhile, thanked the NBC series' glam team, with Kelly writing:

Kelly, whose estranged husband is seeking $436,000 a month in child support, is fresh from opening up on a split she's been admitting was messy.

"I'm obviously going through one right now. It's horrible," she said in a sneak peek of her show. "There are so many hard parts. The hardest for me is the kids, that's the hardest for me."

Earlier this year, Kelly revealed both her children are in therapy. Brandon has been attempting to get joint custody. More photos below.

A source reporting to People states that the amount Brandon is demanding is excessive. "Kelly offered to pay for all the kids' expenses, but Brandon seems to think he is entitled to and needs $301,000 in spousal support and $135,000 in child support per month," they said.

Brandon, who reportedly also wants Kelly to cover $2 million in legal fees, filed additional documents on Monday seeking financial support from Clarkson. Kelly was the one filing for divorce back in June following seven years of marriage.
