Mulatto Accused Of Stealing Hair From Capelli Amore Hair

American rapper Mulatto, who rose to fame after winning Jermaine Dupri’s contest “The Rap Game,” has been making headlines in recent times.

The rapper has had a phenomenal year; appearing in features with famous artists such as Gucci Mane, Boosie, Chloe × Halle. She even got endorsed by the Rap Queen, Nicki Minaj, on social media, solidifying her rap career.

The “Bish From The South” rapper acknowledged for her vocals and looks is also an active Twitter user, and it seems that she has been dragged into an online brawl.

The proprietress of “Capelli Amore Hair,” known as Deborah Lianiii, accused the rapper of stealing from her two years ago on Twitter.

Revealing that she has watched Mulatto’s gradual climb to fame, Lianiii shared screenshots of the business transactions where Mulatto was asking about hair length.

She also shared that Mulatto, refused to tag on the photo and blocked her on social media.

However, the “Latto Let Em Know” singer seemed to have moved on from the issue. Sharing her side of the story, she tweeted that the matter could have been settled differently and amicably if Lianiii had approached her differently.

In a series of tweets, Mulatto accused Lianiii of clout chasing and called her an opportunist for waiting two years to address her grievance.

Addressing the comments on the issue, she said she had no problem buying a different set of wigs and tagging Lianiii. Still, she would not condone being disrespected for an incident that happened two years ago.

Acting as an advocate for both sides, one Twitter user asked if Mulatto even wore the hair, to which she replied NO! The “Big Latto” singer disclosed that her former hairstylist stole all her wigs and that the matter was out of her control.

Social media users concluded that the best thing Mulatto could do is reimburse Lianiii now that she has the money to do so. They said that it did not matter that the event took place two years ago, as it was the right thing for the singer to do.

The rapper is no stranger to Twitter slander as she has always been bullied for her light-skin and her rap moniker “Mulatto.”

In a 'This You?' moment on Twitter, the rapper was accused of only claiming the black part of her heritage only when it suited her. This came after she said in an interview that she does not consider herself black or white.

Currently, in the social media black book, Mulatto is also a social media sweetheart. The Atlanta bred rapper went viral after the release of her full “XXL Full Freshman Cypher.”

Sharing thoughts on the rapper's career growth, a Twitter user shared that she is happy with how women are dominating the rap scene.

Another user warned that Mulatto is a vital part of the rap industry and asked that her artistry be respected.
