Mackenzie McKee's viral Thanksgiving turkey twerk wasn't even 24 hours old before she was back for more eye-catching action. The 25-year-old "Teen Mom OG" star, this year told her storyline is "the only one with watching," updated her Instagram on Friday November 27 for a post reminding her 1 million followers that starring on MTV isn't her only gig. Mackenzie runs her Body By Mac fitness plans, with her photos today coming as promo for the brand. Check it out below.

Mackenzie, whose cheese-grater abs got a big show-off in a series of gym snaps today, had opened her post posing confidently in a workout room and with her Body By Mac t-shirt rolled right up for a jaw-dropping abs finish.
Mackenzie, who competed in a 2019 bikini-modeling fitness competition, was proving just why she's the unofficial fitness queen of the "Teen Mom" franchise.

Mackenzie, also seen training in a sports bra and showing off her belly piercing, took to her caption for a giant Black Friday bargain, telling fans:

Over on Mackenzie's TikTok, things were busy during Turkey Day, with the mom of three twerking up a storm in a yellow onesie and hilarious turkey hat. "Happy thanksgiving, I love you all so much," Mackenzie wrote, with the comments section exploding as Mackenzie clocked views in no time. Click here for the TikTok.

"This reminds me of Friends!" another had written – if you're into that, Courteney Cox made headlines yesterday for recreating the iconic turkey-on-her-head "Friends" scene.

Mackenzie, whose marriage hasn't exactly been easy this year, continues to live life seeing the glass half full. The former cheerleader's 2019 ended with immense hardship as mom Angie Douthit lost her battle against lung cancer. Despite being a marathon runner and never having smoked a cigarette in her life, Angie developed an aggressive form of the disease, seeing it spread to organs including her liver and brain.
Angie's passing has not been forgotten, with Mackenzie recently completing a run in her late mom's honor.
