The show centers around the Russian-born “fake heiress” throwing dinner parties with “celebrities, moguls and glitterati” in her NYC East Village apartment.

Dinner topics of discussion include her prison lifestyle, her experience with the criminal justice system, rebuilding her image after being labeled as a con artist, and her plans for the future.

Upon her release from prison, Delvey was put on house arrest following her release from ICE custody in October 2022. She was released on a $10,000 bond following her arrest for overstaying her visa in 2021.

She is banned from leaving her East Village apartment except to see her probation officer.

Delvey actually expressed her desire to host Musk for dinner in November.

Speaking with Variety, she revealed her intentions to throw several dinner parties and would like to have Musk as one of the guests.

On what she likes about the tech mogul, the former convict shared that his fluid views appeal to her. She also lauded him for being open to admitting he is wrong whenever one of his many ideas is challenged.

Talks of Delvey’s reality TV series began earlier this month. Her lawyer said she is working on this project to get rid of her “con artist” label.

Delvey spent five years behind bars for stealing about $200k from banks and businesses, and she attempted to swindle millions from more people.

Her story shot to meteoric fame when Netflix released “Inventing Anna” in last year. Julia Garner portrayed Delvey in the series.

Her lawyer, Duncan Levin, said the limited series still perpetuated the idea that she was a con artist.

“Everybody has this conception of her as this character, as an actress, and obviously there’s some truth in these types of series. She is really a lot more than the worst thing that she’s alleged to have ever done … She is a great client,” Levin said. “She’s actually very pleasant and very funny and people think that they know her because they’re thinking about the [Julia] Garner character.”
