Megan Fox finally pulled the trigger and filed for divorce from ex-husband Brian Austin Green, and now the actress wants to officially and legally change her name back to Megan Fox from Megan Green.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Megan's divorce filing, included a request for a judge to return her name back to its original form before she married the '90210' actor.

In the filing, Megan also lists the couple's date of separation as November of 2019, clearly indicating she was very single when starting to date Machine Gun Kelly.

In the documents, filed by Megan's celebrity lawyers Laura Wasser and Samantha Klein, Fox is asking for the court to deny any request for BAG to collect spousal support from the actress.

It's unclear if this is based on a prenuptial agreement, but it's clear she doesn't want to pay him anything. In California, support is based on the current income of both parties, and custody of the children. In this case, it's unclear which of them make more money.

The 'Transformers' actress is also asking the court to order them joint legal and physical custody of their three children, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

The '90210' star responded to ex-wife's Megan Fox's divorce today, and there are a few things the couple does NOT agree on.

In his legal documents, Brian claims their date of separation was near the beginning of March of 2020, making it a lot closer to the date Megan was seen publically with Machine Gun Kelly.

The day of separation could become an important point in this case because depending on what income was made during the discrepancy, the other would be entitled to half the money. It's unclear if this is the motive, but BAG is asking to reserve the right to determine if he deserves spousal and child support.

Megan's divorce filing came as no surprise after making her first red-carpet appearance with her new boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly, just a few days prior.

In the documents, Megan did not specify if she plans on paying Brian child support, which could be negotiated at a later date. Also, the extent of the ex-couples' separate and community property was listed as "unknown" setting up the ex-couple to battle over who gets what in the divorce. Megan has requested she and Brian pay their own separate attorney's fees.

As we reported, the ex-couple originally filed for divorce in August of 2015, after five years of marriage. The two stars then announced they were having a third child together, and ended up reconciling in 2016.

It will take several months for Megan and Brian's divorce to become official, but we're assuming the third time WON'T be the charm!
