The 23-year-old “Chrisley Knows Best” star’s latest video was a sweat-drenched workout one, with the Southern Belle proving she burns off everything she eats. Savannah’s 2.2 million followers got the SASSY by Savannah founder power-punching, ab-crunching, and deep-squatting in full beast mode on Wednesday, with a very skimpy gym wardrobe showing off the blonde’s ripped body to the max. Savannah might be swanning around with her new makeup line, but this girl is anything but shallow. Check it out below.

The video, seeing Savannah with her trainer and in a gym, showed her in a black pair of leggings and thin-banded sports bra, plus a baseball cap. A series of drills ranging from jump rope work to sit-ups pushed Savannah to the limits, with the South Beach Diet face outlining the whole thing.
