In the heartwarming image, the hotel heiress rocked perfectly manicured nails with a light pale blue paint while the baby's tiny fingers were tightly wrapped around his mother's thumb. Although the DJ did not reveal her child's face, the blue nail polish hinted at the baby's male gender.

Additionally, Hilton and Reum shared no details about the newborn's arrival, and the boy presumably arrived via surrogacy. The socialite did not debut any baby bump or pregnancy updates before her son's birth. Nonetheless, the 41-year-old's excitement shone brightly in the accompanying caption.

Hilton previously revealed her plans to welcome her first child via surrogacy and embarked on the IVF journey months before the Coronavirus pandemic swept the world. In 2021, the entrepreneur discussed her fertility process with the journalist Mara Schiavocampo on her podcast "The Trend Reporter."

During their conversation, the "Paris in Love" star credited the KKW Beauty founder for helping her through the IVF process by recommending her fertility specialist, Dr. Andy Huang. "I didn't even know anything about it," the New Yorker confessed, "I'm happy that she told me that advice and introduced me to her doctor."

The TV personality also revealed that she and Reum underwent the egg extraction procedure a few times in hopes of getting twins. In the socialite's words,

"We have been doing IVF, so I can pick twins if I like. I've already undergone the egg extraction procedure. It was tough, but I knew it would be worth it. I did it a couple of times."
