Miley Cyrus, fresh from turning 28 yesterday, is nowhere near done celebrating. The "SHE IS COMING" singer's 116 million Instagram followers have been getting a steady stream of throwbacks celebrating just about every stage of the star's life – from her early childhood days before "Hannah Montana," through to moments that have gone down in history for being very adult. On Tuesday, Miley uploaded fan-reposted stories from some of her raciest shoots, ensuring that her 2015 VMAs snap isn't forgotten. Check it out below.

YASSSSS" posted the headline-making photo from her unclothed and backstage VMAs moment over five years ago, one that even required censoring as the blonde posed in her birthday suit for V Magazine.

The cheeky snap, that stayed safe via black bars protecting Miley's modesty, showed her all smiles and all skin.

The snap, showing Miley in a director's chair and wearing only colorful hair scrunchies as she sent out her biggest grin, shouted out the August 2015 moment, also ear-marking the singer's racy edge – "Wrecking Ball" two years earlier was already seeing the feminine-strong beauty swinging unclothed from a giant suspended ball.

Miley, who likely had to select from countless fans hoping their repost would make it to her IG stories, reposted the image and the fan's wishes: "Happy birthday to my favorite girl in the world," they wrote.

Miley, choosing to go way back with childhood videos on her Instgram as she marked her birthday, shouted out "Toxic" singer Britney Spears in her caption's opener, then adding:

"Thank you for makin my life so unbelievably rad! Appreciate you! ☠️⚔️?????????????⛓? - yes I deleted and uploaded in color cuz it’s my birthday and I can do whatever the f-ck I want .... just like I do every other day of the year."

Miley, currently gearing up for the release of her "Plastic Hearts" album, is fresh from releasing her much-anticipated collaboration with singer Dua Lipa. "Prisoner" brings racy vehicle action with Miley seen covered in fake blood, and the video is quite a ride.

"SHE IS COMING FOR ALL THE CATEGORIES!!!!! ☠️????⛓ #PRISONER FEAT. @DUALIPA OUT NOW! LINK IN BIO!" Miley wrote ahead of her birthday to promote the release.

Miley's "Plastic Hearts" album will be available November 27. It follows 2019-released "SHE IS COMING."
