Mike Tyson Reveals AMAZING 100-Pound Weight Loss

Mike Tyson has made it clear that he will not be modest about the impressive gains he has made in the gym as of late. Taking to "Good Morning America" on Monday, November 23, the world-famous fighter proved how eager he was to share his physical fitness progress by literally ripping his shirt off at the first opportunity he could get.
Tyson, who is 54-years-old, told host T.J. Holmes exactly where his head was at in regards to the current state of his training.
Excited To Show Off
The once heavyweight champion of the world shared the impressive gains with Holmes during a video chat discussion in that morning's episode.
"This is where it's at, man! This is where it's at. This is where it's at, brother," Tyson said to Holmes as he ripped his shirt off, exposing his muscles with a confident flex.
Earlier in the interview, Tyson attributed the new physique to motivation he stems from things such as the encouragement of his wife, who is always there for him.
His Habits
"I became a vegan. My wife told me to get on a treadmill," the world-famous boxer explained during his segment. "I went from 15 minutes on the treadmill and ended at two hours."
Tyson was quick to admit how "difficult" it was for him to overcome many training obstacles on the path towards his goal of shedding 100 pounds, but given that his entire career has been earmarked by adversity, he is no stranger to it, embracing the difficulties and changes as they come
Losing The Weight
"I had to lose 100 pounds," Tyson recalled of the most formidable element of training during their chat, adding, "But other than that I've always done this my whole career."
Tyson is on a roll this month when it comes to a positive societal outlook on him as a person, having previously spoken out advocating for NBA star Dwayne Wade's transgender daughter in the face of criticism from rapper Boosie Badazz, who publicly misgendered and slammed the Wade family on multiple occasions.
His Advocacy
While appearing on the rapper's podcast in October, Tyson criticized his take on Wade's daughter.
"What happened to you that you think that you're somebody that can comment on somebody's life?" The boxer asked Boosie very straightforward.
To show his thanks, Wade shared some kind words about Tyson and his quickness to stand up for trans rights, calling him "so educated and knowledgeable about life. For him to be able to drop that nugget on the world, to me, it was great to hear him say that."
