"Teen Mom OG" star Maci Bookout looked drop-dead gorgeous in poolside snaps posted to her Instagram this weekend. The MTV face, 29, dedicated her weekend post to both her Things That Matter lifestyle brand and two worthy causes – Breast Cancer Awareness and PCOS. Maci, a mom of three and herself a sufferer of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, ensured her clothing line got press, but the caption showed a good heart. Maci is offering fans 25% off their purchases today to help the causes. Check it out below.

Maci, who has called her PCOS "the worst pain ever" and can often go months without a period only to bleed for a month straight, opened with group shots – the TTM "lifestyle team" were then replaced by the blonde herself in two photos.

The first snap showed Maci poolside and smiling while sporting a teal hoodie from TTM. The statement piercings then turned more signature Maci in the next image as the Tennessee-based star posed in a tight teal tank and jeans, also flaunting her tattoos.

In 2018, Maci opened up on the condition, even revealing she felt bad about the impact the mood swings were having on kids Bentley, Jayde, and Maverick.

“Sometimes I’m like if I didn’t have PCOS, then maybe I wouldn’t have been so irritable with my children today,” she said.

Fans, some sufferers themselves, have been replying, with one even telling Maci: "@macideshanebookout i need PCOS one i just had a hysterectomy due to it. Love that you raise so much awareness ❤️."

The MTV cast members forming "Teen Mom OG" may have their careers all set, but the branch of the franchise also bringing "Teen Mom 2" has been suffering. The 2020 March premiere brought in 859,000 viewers, but by April, figures had plummeted to 713,000.

Maci shot to fame on MTV's "16 & Pregnant" over a decade ago, then becoming a core member of "Teen Mom OG." She joins stars including Catelynn Lowell, Cheyenne Floyd, Mackenzie Mckee, and Amber Portwood. The franchise, seeing Farrah Abraham exit in 2018, is also set to say goodbye to "Teen Mom 2" face Chelsea Houska. Scroll for Chelsea's baby bump!
