The reality star, Kyle Richards, details the dos and don'ts that made her achieve her desired weight.
In Hollywood, a specific figure is appealing to the public, especially if you are a hot topic through reality shows, music, or movies. It is no wonder that, like most celebrities, Richards was hounded for the secret behind achieving her slimmed-down physique, which she spilled during a back-and-forth with her fans.
Kyle Richards Reveals Weight Loss Process A Week After Denying Ozempic Claims
The 54-year-old posted a photo of herself laying poolside in a black and brown bikini. She looked like she was tanning under the sun as she lay face up to the atmosphere. Though she wore sunglasses to protect her eyes, she left the other parts of her body to receive the vitamins from the sun. Also displayed were her toned abs, flat stomach, petite waist, and amazing fitted legs.
Hours later, the "Halloween Ends" actress responded to a follower who commented about her physical transformation and how she has recently prioritized her health. They noted that they started to go to the gym but were challenged with "no results." Kyle's reply read:
"NO alcohol, bread, pasta, sugar. I eat protein, fruit and vegetables," Richards wrote. "Now that I am the weight I want to be, I will have the occasional small amount of pasta etc once in a while. But no alcohol since July 15."
The comment section was filled with fans praising her body, some dragging her for misleading people about how she achieved her weight loss, and a few coming straight to her defense. The 54-year-old also shut down several commenters claiming she went under the knife, assuring fans that she knows her way around the gym and what she should and shouldn't eat.
This information about her new diet and fitness plans comes a week after the television personality had to defend herself against outrageous claims about her toned physique by some internet trolls, as detailed by The Blast.
The "Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All" author took to her Instagram Story to elucidate her well-toned abs. In the uploaded post shared by Richards, she modeled a black two-piece bikini, accessorizing the look with a cap representing her husband's company.
The mirror selfie was taken in what looked like the reality star's closet, revealing her ripped abs and toned arms as she posed with her hands on her head while she turned sideways.
Despite how incredible she looks, a promotional Instagram post on Page six about Richards' impressive post triggered accusations from fans who declared the reality star had used Ozempic, a drug reportedly used by influencers to drop weight to achieve quickly.
A fan said, "she hit the Ozempic like the rest of her friends in La La land." another fan commented, "stop with the Ozempic! Let those that actually need the drug for health reasons have it." One other fan opined that the trips to the surgeon's office achieved the star's weight loss.
A netizen added, "and Ozempic! However, Richards responded, "I have never tried ozempic and this is not from plastic surgery. I did have a breast reduction in May. I'm honest about what I do. But if giving plastic surgery the credit makes you feel better then pop off sister 😘."
The Reality Star Regrets Having Her Sisters On 'RHOBH'
The Blast previously shared how the American socialite wished her sisters — Kathy Hilton and Kim Richards — had not joined "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Kim joined the show in its first five seasons, while Hilton joined seasons 11 and 12 as a "friend of the cast."
During an interview with Page Six, Richards got candid on how she truly felt having her two sisters as cast members on the Bravo show. When asked by the news outlet whether she regrets having her sisters on the show, the reality star replied, "of course."
Also, Richards revealed that as a housewife on the show, her most difficult seasons were the two that starred her sisters. The actress said, "My most difficult reunions were [Seasons] 5 and 12. No coincidence there."
Over the years, the three sisters have had their fair share of filming brawls, the most recent involving Richard, Hilton, and Lisa Rinna.
