Chelsea, who first found fame on MTV's "16 & Pregnant" as she welcomed eldest daughter Aubree with ex Adam Lind, is now confirmed to be exiting the franchise that made her famous. Earlier this month, the mom of three posed with 2016-married husband Cole DeBoer and her kids to confirm she's done.
"After much thought and discussion with my family and friends, Cole and I have decided that this season will be our last. We are forever thankful to MTV and our crew, who are like family to us," she wrote.
