The five-time Olympic medalist, 31, updated her account just in time for the weekend with a stunning bedroom snap – Nastia may be battling her followers as they accuse her of eating nothing but a coffee in the morning, but the Moscow-born star doesn’t have time for the haters. Nastia’s 1 million Instagram followers today got her looking drop-dead gorgeous in red, feeling festive, and flaunting the body behind that 2008 all-around champion status. Check it out below.

The blonde wore bubblegum-pink leggings and a sports bra this week for her mind-blowing training session as she back-flipped across a gym, but today brought slinky style.
The photo, a selfie, showed the Dallas, TX based star in her stylish bedroom. Nastia, backed by her bed and hardwood floors, was seen with a folded leg and in thee clingiest of looks.
Nastia, outfitted in a red satin dress with a dangerous leg slit and cut-out stomach panel, showed off both her killer pins and those cheese-grater abs, also sporting her blonde hair worn down in beachy waves.
“Dancing girl emoji, but make it festive ??? #revolveme @revolve,” Nastia captioned the photo as she shouted out popular clothing brand Revolve.
“Gorgeous, Nastia,” one fan wrote, with the vibe today very much differing from yesterday’s one as a v-log showing a 6.30 a.m. coffee prep dragged up Nastia’s October anorexia drama all over again.
Nastia made October headlines for a fan DM asking her how she feels about “promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies.” While the gymnast, admitting she was “triggered” as she clapped back, made headlines for her defense, it looks like she’s been served round two.
Yesterday, Nastia took to her stories to slam suggestions that her morning coffee is all she feeds herself to start the day. She also reminded fans that it was a “nine-minute YouTube” and that nobody should expect a “step-by-step” approach to every minute of her life.
Nastia was just 22 when she retired from professional gymnastics back in 2012. Now running her The Muse Collection empowerment startup and retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream with Volition, Nastia is also an active influencer on Instagram. 2020 has brought Nastia with extended legs to “bring bubble baths back in 2020” for Olay, with the star also fronting Bright Fitness App.
