Twenty-somethings in spandex can suck on this. Selma Blair just dropped her biggest ab display of the year, and the 48-year-old actress even did it while showing a good heart. Selma, followed by 2.4 million, updated her Instagram on Wednesday with three photos as she shouted out indoor workouts and the multiple sclerosis disease she suffers from – diagnosed in 2018 and this year announcing she's in "remission," Selma nonetheless continues to battle the aggressive neurological condition. Check out the moving and stunning post below.

Scroll for the photos. Selma, who has already lost her undies this year to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month, was today shouting a cause that couldn't be closer to her heart. "I have lost any ability to focus with my eyes" was just one quote as Selma opened up two years ago, with the "Cruel Intentions" actress having undergone chemotherapy and high doses of prednisone as treatment – she was detailing the side effects.
Today's snaps, showing Selma fighting fit, came with a stylish Alice + Olivia wardrobe and one heck of a body.

Keep scrolling for the full set. Selma was seen close up at first, then indoors, on her knees, and in a blue-and-black matching set with fun tie-dye prints. The cropped upper flaunted those cheese-grater abs, with Selma also rocking her signature, spiky-haired pixie crop.
A quick swipe to the right then showed the "Legally Blonde" actress in a doorway and in sneakers. A hiked-up leg kept things fun as Selma continued to show off the taut tummy, but she didn't make the post entirely about herself.

Selma took to her caption, mentioning M.S. and 2002-founded fashion brand Alice + Olivia.
"Comfy and casual for a cause. In my Malibu Jogger set from @aliceandolivia who is partnering with incredible charities," she began.
"This set supports @racetoerasems, Race to Erase MS is dedicated to the treatment and cure of Multiple Sclerosis. Funding research is the core focus of the Foundation while increasing awareness through education. Shop to support ❤️ #CasualForACause," Selma added.
A reply quickly came in from Alice and Olivia.

The NYC-based brand, thrilled to see Blair in its merch, touchingly replied: "Selma! Love you beautiful woman! Thank you for inspiring us all with your courage and kindness."
Selma, who extends kindness all-around and this year left a note when model Chrissy Teigen and husband John Legend tragically lost their baby, has been proving that the "journey" her IG bio mentions includes life, love, and no limits. Selma has shown off her swimsuit body, her moods, and her sass, with November 9 seeing a caption close with Selma "hopeful."
