Leave it to Grimes to find a crazy new invention for her baby whom she shares with billionaire Elon Musk!
The "Oblivion" singer and her baby boy, X Æ A-12, got super trippy in the bath on Tuesday. Grimes shared her excitement for the new invention that she got for her son on Instagram and opened her follower's eyes to a new, more fun way to get babies to take a bath. The videos featured the little guy fascinated with rapid flashing light toys while getting nice and clean. Think rave rubber duckies!
"New invention: bath rave for babies," she wrote across a short clip of baby X Æ A-12 playing in the tub.
The curious baby reached out to the flashing lights with wide eyes and tried to put everything in his mouth. We don't know if you have ever been to a rave but that is exactly how everyone acts when they are feeling the music.
"Water Rave 4 bebe, a hint of classical in the bg, and he's trippin," she captioned another.
True fans knew that Grimes' child couldn't have a normal bath for two reasons, she is super weird (in a good way) and he is the son of one of the richest men on the planet. The Space X CEO is worth over $110 billion if you believe the reports... if you don't, just understand that the dude has some serious spending money.
Bloomberg reports that net worth has soared to $82.2 billion this year, making it "the biggest gain on the ranking of the world’s 500 richest people."

Grimes and Musk welcomed the baby boy into the world back in May and caused a huge stir online with the strange name. The Canadian singer did her best to explain the reasoning behind the unique name in a tweet.
"•X, the unknown variable ⚔️
•Æ, my elven spelling of Ai (love &/or Artificial intelligence)
•A-12 = precursor to SR-17 (our favorite aircraft). No weapons, no defenses, just speed. Great in battle, but non-violent ? + (A=Archangel, my favorite song) (⚔️? metal rat)," she wrote.
Musk had to publicly correct her on social media. Responding to her original "SR-17" tweet, Elon was quick to point out, "SR-71, but yes."
"I am recovering from surgery and barely alive so may my typos b forgiven but, damnit. That was meant to be profound ?," she joked shortly after giving birth.

The curious couple was absolutely serious about the name and legit put it on the official birth certificate. The document states "X" is the first name, "Æ A-XII" is the middle name, and "Musk" is the last name. It also says that X was born in Los Angeles on May 4, 2020, at 3:06 PM at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
