Miley Cyrus Inherits A Portion Of Late Grandma's Estate

Miley Cyrus was listed as a beneficiary in her late grandmother Loretta Finley's will.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Miley's mother, Tish Cyrus, has filed a petition to be the head of Loretta's estate, who passed away in August. The case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In the docs, Tisa says Loretta left behind $32,524 in personal property along with other property for a grand total of $323,636. The money will be split between the beneficiaries of Miley's grandma's will.
Tisa says her mother left a portion of her estate to her and the rest to her children. The individuals listed include Trace Cyrus, Brandi Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Bralson Cyrus, and Noah Cyrus. The documents note Loretta had a deceased spouse named Glenmore Finley.
The petition is the first step in the process of administering Loretta's estate. Tish will have to wait for the court to sign off on all the paperwork before she can start dividing up the estate to Miley and her siblings.
Back in August, Miley posted a heartfelt tribute to her grandma following her passing. The singer posted a throwback video of Loretta on a red carpet. The caption read, "Even though you are gone.... NOTHING has or ever will change. You will FOREVER be my inspiration and fashion icon. Even more than that, the ultimate model of being a true LIGHT in a dark world. You are sunshine.
Everyday I wake and see that fiery ball in the sky I will see your face.
Miley continued, "Then say a prayer thanking heaven above for giving me the best grandmother a girl could ever be gifted. I will miss you for the rest of my life...."
She ended, " I will keep your spirit here by continuing to do good for others and treating them the way we all desire to be treated. With an infinite amount of the same gentle kindness you displayed daily. We will ache everyday you are not with us...."
One fan commented, 'I am so sorry for your lost she is never gone and never forgotten my thoughts and prayers goes out to your family and she is now in heaven she will stay in your heart foreverā¤"

Miley has stayed busy in the months since losing her grandma. She is set to release her new album Plastic Hearts on November 7. The highly-anticipated record features tracks with Billy Idol, Dua Lipa, and Joan Jett.
