Amber Heard may see over 1.3 million having signed a petition to have her fired from "Aquaman 2," but the 34-year-old actress and ex to Johnny Depp hasn't been sulking under the duvet. Amber was this week photographed hiking the Los Angeles hills during an energetic outing with her dog Birdie, and she was looking fit, healthy, and fantastic. The snaps come as Heard continues to front media outlets in the wake of "Pirates of the Caribbean" star ex Depp suffering legal blows. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. Amber, who has long been publicly at 57-year-old Depp's throat, and vice-versa, amid the former couple's high-profile divorce, now sees Depp's fans turning on her. Amber is fast racking up signatures to a Change.org petition to see her fired from her Mena role in "Aquaman 2," with this coming as Depp lost his $1 million libel suit against The Sun, a newspaper dubbing him a "wife beater" back in 2018. The actor was then let go from the "Fantastic Beasts" franchise.
Amber, meanwhile, is living her best life.

The blonde was outfitted for a sweat session and wearing tight black leggings, a knotted, salmon-pink tee, her trademark red neckerchief, plus practical sneakers. She was also spotted with a stylish dark leather backpack and with another female seen in a black face mask.
Amber has also been busy promoting her new leading role in miniseries "The Stand," a show debuting December 17 on CBS All Access and also starring Whoopi Goldberg and Ezra Miller.
Despite signatures for Amber to be kicked out of her franchise role on "Aquaman," the actress has been voicing her excitement.
"I'm super excited about the amount of fan love and the amount of fan appreciation that Aquaman has acquired and that it has garnered so much excitement for Aquaman and Mera that it means we'll be coming back," she recently told EW.

In early November, Johnny Depp made headlines for losing a case that tied into his dealings with ex-wife Amber. In 2018, Amber penned an Op-Ed in The Washington Post seeing her claim she was a victim of domestic violence. The Sun's editor, Dan Wootton, had referred to Depp as a "wife beater," with "The Rum Diaries" co-stars both throwing out domestic violence allegations amid their bloody divorce war.
Depp, meanwhile, pursues a $50 million defamation lawsuit against the "Justice League" actress, something that seems on hold for now due to the global pandemic.
