Britney Spears Hops In a Private Jet for Early Birthday Getaway

Britney Spears is escaping all the drama and heading out on a jet setting vacation with her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, days after she took a loss in court during the heated ongoing war over her conservatorship. The Princess of Pop has been MIA from social media for days, and many of her loyal fans were beginning to get worried on the psychological toll the court case has been taken on the star, but worry not, because Britney appears to be in great spirits.

Britney re-emerged on her favorite social media platform, Instagram, at the beginning of the week to update fans about what's going on in her life at the moment. Well, it turns out Britney it taking a little rest and relaxation period to recharge and also get a head start on celebrating her 39th birthday, which is only weeks away on December 2.

"Felt like a little trip to paradise for an early birthday celebration," Britney wrote on her post while showing herself and Sam Asghari posing outside of a private jet.

Another shot of Britney showed herself with her hands clasped behind her head and truly enjoying life while chilling on her private jet.

"I’m doing that whole work on yourself thing at the moment," the "Lucky" singer wrote while making it clear she was taking some time off to relax.

The time away has already started to make Britney feel more creative, as she shared a fun photo she staged with the colorful fruit about the PJ.

" I wanted to get creative," she wrote about the culinary arrangement.

Britney has not yet revealed exactly where she and boyfriend Sam Asghari are headed, but mentioning "paradise" makes it pretty clear they are going to a beach. Britney is a huge fan of Hawaii, so it's possible they are heading out west from the singer's home in Southern California.

Britney has spoken about how calm the beach makes her in times of stress and anxiety.

"[There] is a sense of togetherness at the beach that brings me peace. I feel so small next to this vast body of water ….. it takes me back to when I was 6 years old," she wrote during a recent trip to the sand.

It's been a rough couple of weeks for Britney after she lost a hard-fought move to oust her father, Jamie Spears, from controlling the conservatorship of her estate. According to court documents, Britney has made it clear she is "afraid" of her father and does not feel he has made good financial moves for her business.

Britney's mother, Lynne Spears, also joined the fight to try and remove Jamie from the conservatorship, but a judge decided that he will stay in place.

A little getaway may do Britney some good after all the drama.
