T.J. Holmes' Ex Hints Their Daughter Is 'Worried' Amid His Divorce & Affair

T.J. Holmes may need to put his daddy duties in overdrive.

The Lothario “GMA3” co-host’s daughter may be suffering amid his divorce from his estranged wife, Marilee Fiebig.

Holmes and Fiebig welcomed their daughter, Sabine Holmes, in 2012. The little girl recently celebrated her 10th birthday.

However, in the months leading up to her big day, Holmes’ affair with Amy Robach made public headlines and ultimately sent both of their careers at “Good Morning America” crashing and burning.

Holmes filed for divorce from Fiebig in December in a New York court.

Since the filing, Fiebig has broken her silence on her husband’s scandal and the impact its had on their family.

The statement was exclusively obtained by Daily Mail and states, “During the holiday season and in light of the challenging times, Marilee’s sole focus has remained on the overall best interest of her 9-year-old daughter [Sabine].”

Lehman emphasized that her client, Fiebig, is focused on their daughter and making the divorce process as amicable as possible.

Lehman, Fiebig, Holmes and his legal counsel have been working to “move the divorce forward privately, expeditiously and as amicably as possible.”

“Notwithstanding, we continue to be disappointed by T.J.’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity toward Marilee and the party’s daughter,” Fiebig’s divorce attorney added.

Holmes’ estranged wife has “been touched by the outpouring of support” since the scandal first made headlines in November 2022 and “looks forward to a new beginning in this new year.”

Fiebig recently shared a telling post to her Instagram Story which hints at how their daughter could be struggling amid their divorce.

Over the weekend, the immigration lawyer shared a post from @savethechildren’s account which read, “What to do when… a child is worried.”

The post also had the following message attached to it, “Children may not share all their concerns because they do not want to upset you.”

She wrote, “Great post @savethechildren ❤️,” which added more fuel to the fire that Holmes’ public affair, among other scandalous news headlines, is taking a toll on his little one.

The Blast recently reported on Holmes’ bombshell affair with a former ABC News employee.

According to a new explosive report, Holmes reportedly had an affair with a 24-year-old new hire in 2015.

He had been married to his estranged Fiebig, for five years at that point.

Daily Mailreports the young female’s name is Jasmin Pettaway. At the time of their affair, Jasmin was 24 and Holmes was still a correspondent for ABC. He had not secured his spot as an anchor or host.

An anonymous “well-placed” source dished to the outlet, “He was a predator who took full advantage of his position, and he was reckless.”

It was Jasmin’s “first real job in television, and it was a big deal for her. She was looking for a mentor and she reached out to several people.”

Holmes happened to be the only responsive person, and they worked on the same shift.

Jasmin was a script coordinator at the time.

“He absolutely abused the position of trust,” the source continued. “Holmes was someone who would grab drinks and he and Jasmin started doing that. You must remember he was a correspondent at the time and he's taking time to speak to her about work or whatever. I don't know how long that had been going on before it got sexual, but I do know the first time it did was in his office, and he was about to go on air in a couple of hours.”

One time Holmes allegedly called Pettaway into his office and she found him drinking liquor.

“There's like an atmosphere shift, almost an expectation that something's going to happen, and it did,” the anonymous source explained. “They had sex and I know she was confused afterwards as to what it meant. That kind of ‘Did that just really happen?’ feeling. I mean that's pretty risky behavior on his part.”

Another encounter Holmes and Jasmin reportedly had happened outside of the office at a public bar.

He got “handsy” with his co-worker and didn’t appear bothered if anyone saw.

“He just didn't seem to care. You know he's wearing his ring. He has a wife, he has a relatively high-profile job, but he wasn't acting like he was concerned about either of those things at the time,” the source noted.

Holmes eventually dropped Jasmin as his side piece after several months of hooking up.
