Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is hauling heavy stuff in lightweight clothing. The five-time Olympic medalist, fresh from both her giant anorexia clap-back and recent YouTube launch, kicked Friday off to a very challenging start with a big workout. Nastia's 1 million Instagram followers got their favorite gymnast proving you can jazz it up, with today bringing the Moscow-born star lunging and with hand weights. Nastia, who admitted to gaining 10 to 20 pounds after retiring back in 2012, was proving she hasn't kept the weight on. Check it out below.

Scroll for the video. Nastia, who warmed fans up with a selfie of her skin-tight red leggings and sports bra look, was then seen indoors and promoting the Kira Stokes Fitness app while working out with a friend.
The video, showing Nastia's agility and muscles, brought her cheese-grater abs to the table, with lunges perfectly delivered. Nastia, holding both weights, asked fans to "please watch until the end" – and for a reason. The "end" showed Liukin's friend attempting a move, but falling over while doing so.
Nastia, who burst out laughing when her pal's fail was up for the world to see, was then seen bending forward to afford a view of her scultped figure.
The killer body hasn't been easy for Nastia of late, though. Last month, Nastia admitted being both "triggered" and "pissed" when a fan DM asked her how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies." Nastia fired back, saying this is "my body," but the post has since been deleted. Nastia has also been showing off her mega appetite.

Nastia might face backlash over a body she's admitted has always "been thin," but the blonde doesn't lack an appetite. She kicked off her October 30 birthday by posing with a giant tray of sprinkle donuts, then hitting up fast-food chain Shake Shack for a celebratory burger that even came with a cute candle in it. The star's pantry, per her tour, is also perma-stocked with Oreo cookies and healthy Annie's organic foods.
"I remember my mom telling me at a really young age, “You have to treat your body like an expensive car. What kind of fuel are you putting into that expensive car?” she told The Cut in 2016.

Just this week, Nastia shifted from just being on Instagram to eyeing up becoming a YouTube star. Warning fans that they wouldn't get all the "tea," but nonetheless promising the "real" Nastia, the gymnast welcomed fans and she looked stunning doing so in a sheer top with feathers, plus a simple pair of jeans.
Nastia might have fitness as her visible persona, but the star is also a big-time beauty blogger, even retailing her $55 Celery Green Cream with beauty brand Volition.
