Melanie Martin is taking a hiatus from all the attention!

From dealing with the death of her fiancé Aaron Carter to almost losing custody of their son Prince, the star is trying to heal by documenting her thoughts and feelings via social media.

But that may have backfired on her as she is still subject to intense public scrutiny, and some are not so kind. That might explain why she suddenly stated that she would be going on a break from the platform.

Melanie Martin Announces Time Off From Social Media

The actress has been through a lot for the past few months, especially with all the accusations she has faced from the late singer's die-hard fans. The latest is an issue of sterility which she mentioned in her Instagram story but did not elaborate on.

However, she noted that people were posting articles on the matter but did not point in any direction. Instead, the entrepreneur concluded the vague statement by writing:

"Taking a break from social media, if you have any questions about merch, you can email me. Thank you in advance."

One of the previous posts she used to remember the star was a personal video of them during a trip. The Blast noted that the clip was originally posted on Carter's page before she reposted it to her story.

The former bartender might have felt very nostalgic for the intimacy she shared with him, as the reel contents showed the duo chilling in a hot tub, engaged in some heavy PDA. He captioned the Park City, Utah trip video, "Engagement Valentine Week ❤️❤️❤️." She then wrote, "And then the Prince was made🤴," in reference to their son, who was born in November of that same year.

She also attended the benefit concert held for the former teen pop artist by his brother Nick Carter and twin sister Angel Conrad. The event, titled "Songs for Tomorrow," took place on Wednesday, January 18th, and was co-hosted by NSYNC member Lance Bass.

It was inspired by the "DWTS" alum's struggles with mental health and took place at Bass' West Hollywood nightlife venue, HEART. Proceeds from the concert went to "On Our Sleeves," a movement created to help children's mental health.

They were joined by Backstreet Boys members AJ McLean and Ryan Cabrera. The Bulgarian native was also present with her friend James Del Toro and shared a picture of a guestbook on top of a memorial table for the rapper. She captioned the image with:

'Only Fans' Star Reveals Words She Would Love To Say To The Late 'Blacklisted' Singer

Fans will recall that the troubled musician lost his life – cause unknown – last year and was found in his tub by the housemaid at his residence in Lancaster, California. Before the tragic demise, the "Candy" singer welcomed a son with Martin despite their sometimes tumultuous relationship.

The Blast shared that the content creator took to social media to answer a few questions from fans concerning her ex-financé. During the Q&A session, the lash brand owner was asked what she would say to Carter if she had a chance.

Her response read, "I WILL RAISE YOUR SON LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE WANTED 🙏🦋." The 30-year-old emotionally apologized to him, writing, "AND I'M SORRY IF I DIDN'T TELL YOU ENOUGH HOW MUCH I LOVED YOU, BABE."

The words above came after she remembered the "She Just Wanna Ride" singer in a picture tribute featuring him and their one-year-old in a black and white picture. She captioned the shot, "TWO MONTHS 💔."

Before then, the model posted to her feed  a video of the father-son duo having a fun time together as he made silly noises to the delight of the toddler. "We think about you always. We talk about you still, you have never been forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts, and there you will remain to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again. 🦋❤️," the grieving Martin wrote in the caption.
