The "Toxic" singer, who continues to be plagued by legal troubles amid her 2008-commenced conservatorship, proved she'll forever be a workout queen, with the 38-year-old making sure her fans saw those abs. Scroll for the video. It comes as Britney makes headlines for continuing to fight 68-year-old dad Jamie Spears in court – the singer's father controls her finances and many other aspects of her life, having done so for 12 years now.

The video, shot in an indoor gym, showed Britney punching away the blues and in fighting form. The Grammy winner, wearing a hot pink sports bra and black sweatpants, got every punch in, even wearing cute pink boxing gloves to match her gym wear.

Keep scrolling for the video. The yoga lover, proving a good cardio session works a treat, took to her caption to announce her workout was staying COVID-safe amid the global pandemic.

"OH THE PUNCH ? in this video ???? !!!! I just like the sound of it !!! PS .... so glad we both got tested negative for COVID so my trainer could come over for a good workout session? !!!" she wrote.

Comments, largely seeing the #FreeBritney movement worry about the singer, were mixed, though.

If you aren't up-to-date, Britney's followers have largely been questioning her repetitive Instagram activity this year, with The Blast reporting the singer's followers even deeming her social media a setup.

"ARE YOU OK BRITNEY?" one fan wrote, with many others saying they hoped Spears is safe.

Britney may face scrutiny over her posts, but the singer has been making headlines for clapping back at suggestions she isn't doing well. In fact, her rare video clap-back this month saw her state: "I just want to let you guys know that I am fine. I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life."

Britney's Instagram might show a red, yellow, or white wall backdrop and those backyard rose snaps as part of photography project "Project Rose," but it's equally packed with home dances. A November 2 video of Spears dancing barefoot in her L.A. mansion came with all the passion in the world as she wrote:

"Performing for thousands of people is a cool feeling ..... but I also find joy in dancing for myself ?? !!!!! The language of dance is really beautiful ??⭐️ !!!! You say so much without saying a word … using your body to express the way you feel !!!! Live and express your body any way you want ???!!!!!!!"
