"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne wants her estranged husband Thomas Girardi to pay her spousal support.

According to court documents obtained by The Sun, Erika is asking the judge presiding over her divorce to award her temporary support from Thomas.

The outlet claims the reality star moved out of the $7 million Pasadena mansion she lived in with her attorney husband during their marriage. She reportedly moved into a million-dollar condo in West Hollywood.

In the court documents, Erika did not list a date of separation or reason for the split besides “irreconcilable differences.”

She listed the date of their marriage as January 7, 2000. Erika is also requesting Thomas cover her attorney’s fees in the case. She checked the box noting she is unaware of the full value of their assets.

“The true nature and extent of the parties’ separate property and debts is unknown to Petitioner at this time,” Erika noted in court documents filed in the case.

As The Blast first reported, Erika filed for divorce from Thomas after 21-years of marriage.

After filing her divorce papers, Erika released a statement that read, "After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi. This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together."

She added, "It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved. I request others give us that privacy as well."

According to The Sun, Erika moved out into a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Hollywood. She is currently paying around $7,000 a month for the pad. A source said, “Erika has had another rental property in LA for some time, but it’s more of a club house, so she’s been spending her time between the two properties. Things are a bit up-in-the-air at the moment, and they have a lot to discuss as they don’t have a prenup, but she will be looking for a new home.”

Erika's decision to file for divorce comes days after Thomas was sued for fraud by former client. Thomas and his law firm, Girardi & Keese, were sued by a woman named Judy Selberg. In the lawsuit, the plaintiff accuses the defendants of legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion.

The plaintiff says she scored a $500.000 settlement but was only paid $50k of it by Thomas. She is suing for the unpaid balance.
