"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne has made her triumphant return to social media just days after filing for divorce from Tom Girardi. The 49-year-old Bravo personality shocked her fans when she decided to officially end her marriage with the high-powered attorney after 21 years of marriage.

As The Blast reported, the "Pretty Mess" singer filed for divorce on November 3, hours after revealing their split to E! News. Erika Jayne has been silent on social media since, until now.

The blonde bombshell said "I do" to Tom Girardi, who is reportedly 81 years old, in 1999 despite their 32 year age difference. "RHOBH" fans were left scratching their heads after the divorce news broke because they didn't see the warning signs. In fact, Erika Jayne defended their sex life last season when newcomer Garcelle Beauvais asked if they still get busy between the sheets.

Interestingly enough, Tom Girardi was hit with allegations of fraud just days before Erika Jayne filed divorce papers, leaving many to wonder if she pulled the plug on their marriage over money.

The Blast told you first, Erika Jayne's now-estranged husband and his law firm were sued by a widow named Judy Selberg earlier this month. She accused them of legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion after hiring them to represent her in a wrongful death lawsuit after her husband died during a boating incident.

With reportedly no prenup and millions at sake, Erika Jayne's sudden divorce decision made eyebrows raise. Over the weekend, the "RHOBH" star broke her silence.

Erika Jayne stayed silent on Instagram since November 3, when she encouraged her followers to vote on Election Day. Ironically, that was the same day she filed for divorce. Making her triumphant return, the "Xxpen$ive" singer took to her Instagram Story to repost a clap back from a fan.

After one hater came for Erika Jayne on Instagram, a loyal follower came to her rescue and fiercely defend the "RHOBH" star. Erika Jayne appreciated the support and shared it with her 2.2 million Instagram followers.

Posting a meme on her Twitter that showed a smiling President-elect Joe Biden partying in a jeep with Barack and Michelle Obama, as well as Hillary Clinton, Erika Jayne captioned the fun post by writing, "Oh yeah." Collecting hate, one follower commented, "Oh no Erica [sic] not you too!" to which another responded, "It's Erika" before someone else commented, "it's erika, sit down and spell correctly, thank you, next."

When a Real Housewives fan page reposted the clapbacks and wrote, "if you can't spell her name AND you're coming for her, unfollow," Erika Jayne showed some love and reposted.
