WWE star Paige is dealing with the aftermath of a scary incident.
The 28-year-old's California home was invaded by an obsessed stalker over the weekend.
Paige and her boyfriend musician Ronnie Radke were home during the incident and came face-to-face with the man who broke onto their property.
Radke was able to subdue the stalker until police arrived to arrest the man. No details have been given about the perpetrator, but Paige revealed the man said symbols had led him to her house
Paige And Ronnie's Responses
Following their stalker encounter, Paige and Ronnie took to social media to inform everyone of what occurred.
In a Twitter post, Paige said it was a scary moment, and she was thankful Ronnie was there to protect her.
Meanwhile, Ronnie also took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the incident. The rocker boasted about subduing the man, then threatened more harm if anyone ever attacks him or Paige.
Paige's situation was scary, and fans and friends immediately chimed in with prayers that the couple was okay.
Paige's Tough Life
The stalking incident is just one of the many difficult situations Paige has faced over the years.
The former Divas Champion was forced to retire in 2018 due to a neck injury.
Then recently, she and her ex-boyfriend, former WWE star Alberto Del Rio have been in a war of words.
Paige and Del Rio dated from 2016 to 2017, and they had a tumultuous relationship. Paige recently spoke out about how she suffered abuse at the hands of Del Rio, but he fired back saying he's the real victim.
Sonya Deville's Incident
Paige isn't the only wrestler to have a close call with a stalker.
In August, WWE star Sonya Deville was frightened when a knife-wielding man showed up to her house in the middle of the night.
Deville was able to escape, and police later arrested the man, who was identified as Phillip A. Thomas II. Thomas was a fan of Deville and set a plot in motion to kidnap the wrestler.
A week after the incident, Sonya competed at the SummerSlam PPV. But she was then given time off as she recovered from her traumatic experience.
Wrestling Stalkers
With wrestlers being celebrities, they are often prone to obsessed fans.
At wrestling events, many fans line up outside to take pictures or get autographs from their favorite stars. Many athletes don't mind mingling with fans at wrestling shows, however some fanatics take it to the extreme.
In the past stars such as Sasha Banks and Jon Moxley have talked about how fans stalked them at the airport in hopes of meeting them.
Aside from out in public, fans also stalk their favorite stars online and often seen crude replies to a post.
