Yaya Mayweather Reveals She Has A Boy On The Way At Baby Shower

Last weekend, Floyd Mayweather confirmed that his daughter, Iyanna, aka Yaya, was pregnant by Louisiana rapper, NBA Youngboy. 

This was during an interview with Jason Lee of Hollywood Unlocked. He didn't seem to be phased by the current situation given the fact that she's not under his roof anymore.

"What I try not to do is get into her personal business. Because once she's no longer under my roof then, you know what, it's between her and her better half. My thing is this: it has to do with your upbringing. It starts in the home first. So what I've always taught my daughter is this -- always be respectful when you go to anyone's home."

On Wednesday, social media saw Yaya showing off her baby bump and a day later, a baby shower was thrown in celebration of her upcoming motherhood. She was seen wearing all white with iced out jewelry as it was revealed that the gender of the child is a boy. 

This will also become a shocking milestone for Youngboy in that he will be having his sixth child by the age of 21. It's unclear though if he was actually at the baby shower, though.

When the footage of Yaya being pregnant along with the baby shower went viral on social media, many people weren't feeling this situation at all. Many believe that having a baby with Youngboy wasn't worth "ruining" her relationship with her father along with the latest addition to Youngboy's roster of baby mamas. 

These are all very valid points online as based on Youngboy's track record involving women, he doesn't seem too serious regarding serious commitments.

Back in April, Yaya and Youngboy had a very scary situation occur at his Houston home as Yaya stabbed one of his baby mamas. This was due to her refusing to leave the home. Yaya was then charged with suspicion of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and released on $30,000 bond. The assault charge is a first-degree felony and faces 99 years in prison if convicted. This may not happen in the end though as her criminal background is clean. 

Youngboy is has been one of the hottest rappers in the game for the past three years but has been plagued with a myriad of issues with the law. The latest is reportedly out of Katy, TX where he is being investigated for assaulting a man with his crew. This is a man who was supposed to work at a local recording studio with Youngboy but was then attacked in the garage of the studio after his girlfriend was told to leave. He was then threatened to be put in a body bag but was let go at the request of Youngboy's manager.
