Ariel Winter did exactly what every other American did last night – that's sitting plonked on the couch and tuned in to any media outlet covering the Donald Trump vs. Joe Biden Presidential race. The 22-year-old "Modern Family" alum's 4.5 million Instagram followers got a reminder that her Tuesday night was like everyone else's, with the ABC face seen cozied up at home and watching the election results. Ariel updated her account before many Americans woke up to the confusing or frustrating news of still no clear result. Check out Winter's look below.

Scroll for the snap. Ariel, who confirmed over Halloween that she and 25-year-old boyfriend Luke Benward a had voted, was seen solo and in her living room. The actress, showing off the platinum-blonde hair debuted over 4th of July, was looking snug as a bug and in a one-piece, sheepskin-effect, and furry pajama getup – in fact, Ariel was cashing in on the promo front as she influenced for the 'Gram.
Seen with the TV on in the background in early stages showing Republicans slightly ahead, the star pulled her best "wtf" face, complete with an epic caption.

Ariel, who geo-tagged herself home in Los Angeles, California, took to her caption, writing:
"Trying to make this uncomfortable night more comfortable?? @onepiece #electionnight #onepiecepartner"
Unsurprisingly, the comments section is now overflowing with two very particular opinions. It's either #Biden or #Trump, but Ariel appears to have faced some backlash, with a popular comment slamming the star for being a celebrity and getting involved in politics when she's privileged via her wealth. The #Trump2020 comment opened saying "Hollywood no-one cares what you think."

The user, gaining 100 likes, continued: "You live in rich areas that wont be effected by riots and dont know living pay check to pay check."
Ariel, who has a reported net worth of $12 million and this year dropped $227 on takeout, might come with a healthy bank balance, but fans largely feel the starlet keeps it real – the odd YSL bag might be seen on Winter's street outings, but this girl pushes her own grocery cart. She was even photographed handing out cash to a homeless person outside CVS during the pandemic.
Scroll for what she might have gotten paid last night.

Ariel's post last night was a promotional one and it did likely come paid. Winter, who recently promoted haircare brand John Freida after her "Game of Thrones"-inspired hair was so popular, is set to earn decent figures thanks to her 4.5 million followers. Experts at Vox have offered suggested pay for Instagram influencers:
"Influencers with up to 1 million followers can get $10,000 [per post], depending on the platform, and 1 million followers and up, you’re getting into territory where they can charge $100,000. Some can even get $250,000 for a post!"
