Amber Heard is flaunting her killer body with a smile after her ex-husband Johnny Depp lost his "wife beater" battle. The 34-year-old actress took to her social media on Tuesday, November 3 in her bra, marking her first post since a judge of Britain's High Court ruled that a newspaper had "substantial" evidence to label Depp a "wife beater."
The "Fantastic Beasts" star filed a libel suit against News Group Newspapers, publisher of UK tabloid, The Sun, and its executive editor, over a 2018 article that accused him of assaulting his then-wife, Amber Heard, during their marriage.

On Monday, the judge ruled said that after a battle in court, where Amber Heard gave her testimony, he believed The Sun had enough evidence to label Johnny Depp as a "wife beater," and that the allegations appeared to be "substantially true."
"I have reached these conclusions having examined in detail the 14 incidents on which the defendants rely, as well as the over-arching considerations which the claimant submitted I should take into account," the judge stated in a written decision.
Despite fury from Johnny Depp's fans, Amber Heard came out of hiding on Election Day and the timing couldn't be more perfect. In the photo, the "Aquaman" actress is seen sporting a sultry smile while wearing a completely see-through shirt.
Wearing nothing but a matching black bra underneath, Amber heard was pictured confidently and unapologetically showed off her ample cleavage while flashing her tiny waist in tight jeans. Looking happy and carefree, the star beamed just one day after her ex's loss.
