Julianne Hough Files For Divorce From Husband Brooks Laich

Julianne Hough has just filed for divorce from husband Brooks Laich, officially beginning the process of ending the couple's marriage.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Hough filed for dissolution of marriage in the Los Angeles County Courts on Monday -- months after the couple announced their split.
The couple has no children together, and we are guessing had a prenup due to the fact that she was massively famous and successful before the marriage, so most likely this will be a fast and easy case.

The couple announced their separation a few months ago, saying, "We have lovingly and carefully taken the time we have needed to arrive at our decision to separate," the two said in a statement to People. "We share an abundance of love and respect for one another and will continue to lead with our hearts from that place. We kindly request your compassion and respect for our privacy moving forward."
At the time, many speculated the marriage was in trouble after the couple decided not to quarantine together during the initial outbreak of COVID-19. Plus, several times following the split rumors flew about a possible reconciliation that never came to fruition.
According to reports, the couple has not spoken poorly of one another during the split but one outlet claimed Julianne’s "attitude" played a large part in why the marriage ended.
“Her actions are what caused her divorce. Brooks did not want a divorce, but he felt pushed toward it because of how Julianne was behaving. But Brooks is not the one who is bummed now," a source told Us Weekly.
Brooks has yet to respond to the divorce filing.

Interestingly, it appeared the couple was going to give it one more shot after sharing photos on Instagram from a romantic lake house trip together last month.
In September, the dancer posted a photo and video of herself with Brooks' dog, Koda, cuddling the K-9 while inside of the car. "This sweet boy loves his momma ??," she wrote, with Laich's responding, "The greatest thing ever ???."
In the next few days, the ex-couple starting posting pictures from the same location, including one picture of Hough sitting outside in a blanket with a book, homemade pumpkin bread, and a mug.
But, it appears after the trip, Julianne decided to pull the trigger and legally end the couple's three-year marriage.
