Slipping her bombshell curves into a velvet wine-colored mini dress, Billy Ray Cyrus's youngest daughter flaunted her runway-worthy legs. Adding inches to her slender frame, the singer strapped on some sky-high stilettos and declared she was the "Queen of Hell" herself, Sabrina Spellman.
