Noah Cyrus Hikes Up Halloween Minidress, Bends Over On Streets

Noah Cyrus' naughty Halloween outfit is worth a peek alone – and that's minus the 20-year-old singer's cheeky street action last night. Noah, seven years younger than superstar sister Miley Cyrus, proved she's a chip off the old block on Friday night, updating her Instagram stories with a little racy action as she bent over on L.A. streets while showing off her Halloween outfit. The "I Got So High That I Saw Jesus" singer had picked a classic '90s look from "Sabrina The Teenage Witch" – check out the costume below.
Scroll for the video. Noah kicked off with a more conservative approach, flaunting her impossibly-long legs in a Sabrina Spellman minidress in crushed red velvets as she shouted out the Archie Comics character also known for its 1996 movie and TV series.
The photos, also giving a nod to COVID as Noah wore a sparkly face mask, showed the "IN MY FEELS" podcast host seductively posing on a rocky wall at night, with chunky, black-heeled platforms and the dress' white collar and cuffs leaving her a total picture. But there was more.

The singer had captioned her photos: "Sabrina Spellman, Queen of Hell," and it looked like she was out to unleash total hell on the street – Noah both hiked up her dress in a car to show off black lace panties and fully bent over outside of the vehicle for a devilish backside smack as her girlfriend took it down the fun route.

Noah is fresh from shouting out another major music face. This month has already seen her bopping along to 27-year-old singer Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" track from her vehicle while sporting the songstress' iconic high ponytail, with a Thursday update bringing Noah back in the lashed-up look.
It didn't go smoothly for Noah, though, whose tank top and cross necklace look had fans slamming her – big time – for wearing the "wrong" shade of foundation. "Girl, ur foundation," one fan had written.
Noah fronted media outlets earlier this month for both rocking up to the CMT Music Awards in a nude sheer bodysuit and quickly defending the revealing look. Seen with only crystal silver elements protecting her modesty and in white gloves, boots, and a cowboy hat, the singer – who had Fox News blurring out her thighs – clapped back, saying: "My body, my choice, b-tch."
Noah also didn't appreciate having right-wing media outlet Fox News censoring her, using the moment to endorse democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden.
