Amber Heard isn't letting her ex-husband's recent setback steal her shine! The 34-year-old actress looked sunkissed and happy just days after Johnny Depp lost one of his longtime lawyers in their ongoing defamation trial. Taking to her social media ahead of the Halloween weekend, the "Aquaman" star went without makeup for a fresh-faced look while soaking up the sunshine and rolling up her sleeves.
Amber Heard isn't afraid to get a little sweaty, informing her fans she was working outside in the 90-degree heat.
Turning the camera on herself to snap a quick outdoor selfie, the blonde bombshell sported rosy cheeks and a coy smile. Letting the sun hit her ivory skin, Amber Heard looked happy to spend her Friday afternoon solo. Pulling her hair back and away from her face, Johnny Depp's ex-wife went casual for her day of labor.
Dressing her curves in a plain white tee, the "Friday Night Lights" actress protected her skin by covering up with a flannel shirt.

Wearing the red and blue long-sleeved flannel to kick off her holiday weekend in her yard, Amber Heard told her nearly four million Instagram followers that she was getting down in the dirt. "Lot to do around the yard..obviously," she captioned the afternoon snap while thanking her friend Brandon.
Earlier in the day, Amber Heard exercised her right to vote at the Hollywood Bowl. Brandon shared a photo with the actress outside the iconic Los Angeles staple.

Cuddling up to Brandon for a close selfie, Amber Heard was seen in the same outfit and with her "I Voted" sticker proudly displayed on her peach-colored mask. "Vote alone or vote with a friend, upon your life IT DOTH DEPEND," Brandon captioned their after-voting shot and added the hashtags "dramatic" and "vote 2020."

As The Blast reported, Johnny Depp took a major hit in court last week when one of his longtime attorney's got tossed off the case for alleged leaks to the press of sensitive information.
The "Pirates of the Caribbean" star and Amber Heard have been in an ongoing battle for nearly two years. In March 2019, Johnny Depp filed a $50 million defamation suit after she wrote an op-ed piece for The Washington Post speaking about the backlash she faced after dropping explosive allegations about their marriage.
