Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin is a big birthday mood today, complete with a giant tray of donuts – seemingly, all for her. The five-time Olympic medalist turned 31 years old today, with her 1 million Instagram followers getting both stories and a giant celebratory permanent post as she rings in another year. Nastia, just yesterday admitting "year 30 wasn't so bad after all," is now captioning her posts with "thirty one" – and she hasn't deprived her followers of the Gold Medal-winning body. Check it out below.

Scroll for the selfie and the big birthday donuts showoff. Nastia, recently in the news for a giant anorexia clap-back, has seemingly moved on from the fan DM asking her how she feels about "promoting borderline anorexia looking bodies." She's also proving she's got a giant appetite.
Friday morning, Dallas, TX time, brought Nastia in a quick home selfie as she flashed her cheese-grater abs in a white crop top and acid-wash jeans, showing off her thigh gap, plus a beautiful white bouquet of flowers delivered to her home.

Keep scrolling for the selfie, plus the extended-leg bubble bath shot. Nastia, seen with pink and red balloons around her and looking gleeful with closed eyes and a giant smile, posed in her casual home look, also showing off a humongous tray of sprinkle-topped donuts – enough to feed multiple families.
The gymnast, who lives solo with dog Harley, wrote: "Thankful... and so beyond lucky to have such amazing people in my life ??."
The sweet treats come just a few days after a Q&A saw Liukin reveal The Salty Donut as one of her favorite local eateries – "Try the horchata donut – just do it!" she wrote.

Keep scrolling for the bath snap. Nastia, whose career was the epitome of a short shelf life as she retired from professional gymnastics aged just 22, has been looking on the bright side. The 2008 all-around Olympic champion, founder of her The Muse Collection empowerment startup, has admitted she felt lost once out of pro-gymnastics – even gaining 10 or 20 pounds after retiring – but everything from her Pilates love to managing Dallas' rainy weather has shown the star's fighting spirit.
"Rainy (and cold af) days = leggings, dad sneakers, no makeup kinda day, ya know?" she wrote this week while posing outdoors in leggings. More below.

Nastia, whose latest blog post has shared her pantry essentials including Annie's organic products, Haribo gummy bears, and Bark Thins, might see fans assuming she's promoting thinness, but the Moscow-born star has straight-up set the record straight. Speaking to The Cut about her own gymnast mother in 2016, Nastia said:
"I also remember my mom telling me, “If you want a cookie, have a cookie.” Because then you’re going to get to a point where just like you want ten cookies and you’re going to eat ten."
