Rapper Future's ex-girlfriend Joie Chavis is straight flexing on social media with a sizzling new workout video.
Joie, the mother to Future's son Hendrix, shared the smoking clip on her Instagram. The 30-year-old model looked incredible while showing off her ability to do hardcore squats in the gym.
During the workout, Joie was filmed working on her legs, butt, and her core. She made sure to show her followers the proper way to perform each exercise. Joie spends countless hours in the gym and it clearly shows off.
Joie and Future have maintained a close relationship despite no longer being together. They regularly support each other publicly and have never said a bad word about the other.
Prior to his romance with Lori Harvey, Future flew Joie and her friends out to Turks & Caicos for a luxury birthday trip. The two were spotted getting extra close but they have always maintained they are only friends.

Future took it a step further by deleting all photos of Lori from his profile. Neither has spoken about the breakup publicly. They have both seemed to recover from the end of the romance with neither looking bothered. Future has been seen partying with a gang of female models.
For her part, Lori has remained unbothered by the breakup. She's been living it up on multiple yacht parties, visits to her family, and partying with her closest girlfriends. Earlier this month, Lori flew out to her father Steve Harvey's Atlanta mansion. She was joined by her family where they celebrated her mom Marjorie's birthday.
Lori is reportedly dating Akon's brother Abou "Bu" Thiam, who is a successful music executive and Kanye West's manager. The two were spotted all over each other in Miami.
Lori stayed by Future's side amid his paternity battles. He is still facing off with a Florida woman named Eliza Reign. Back in 2018, Eliza sued the rapper for paternity, child support, and custody. She accused him of being the father to her 1-year-old daughter Reign.
Future dragged his feet for several months before finally submitting to a DNA test. The results showed he was indeed the father of the baby girl.
