Prince Jackson, the eldest son of the late Michael Jackson, is paying tribute to his best friend and family member of the last 14 years after the family dog passed away. Prince took to Instagram late Tuesday evening to reveal the news to his over 700,000 followers, as well as share some of his best memories of his pup, Kenya, and dropped some photos and videos, as well as a fitting eulogy for the good boy. While Prince is in a world of pain after losing his dog, the Jackson family members appear to be showing love towards MJ's son in his great time of need.
23-year-old Prince Jackson included a few videos and photos of Kenya while writing a message on his legacy.
"Fuck man I don’t know how to do this... On 10/26/20 my closest friend of almost 14 years died," Prince began his message.
He added, "I’ve been trying to think of words to say that could capture what Kenya means to me but there doesn’t seem to be anything good enough to say. I couldn’t imagine my life without Kenya as he was so important for my growth."

Prince also wrote about what he will most about Kenya:
"I’ll miss his loud breathing, stinky breath, random farts, his soft ears and multiple chins. This dog meant so much to me it really hurts to see him go. But I’m grateful he was in his house with someone he loved, I’m thankful I got to say goodbye to my baby. There will never be a dog like you buddy you’re a one of kind. R.I.P. to my baby, my puppy, my bear, I won’t forget you."

In the wake of Kenya's death, other Jackson family members are rallying around Prince and showing him support on social media.
Prince's younger sister, Paris Jackson, wrote "i love you," while his aunt, La Toya Jackson, added, "Prince i’m terribly sorry to hear about Kenya. He was such a lovely dog sorry for your loss."
Other important Jackson family members in Prince's life also reached out with touching messages, including his former guardian, TJ Jackson, and one of Tito Jackson's older sons, Tyrell Jackson.

Kenya had an extra speical connection between Michael Jackson and his chidlren, as the pup was given as a Christmas gift to the children by the late pop star in 2006, 3 years before he died. In grainy video that now circulates among MJ fan sites on YouTube, the singer can be seen presenting a much younger Paris, Prince and Blanket with the puppy while outside of their home. They showered the dog with kisses and it was clear Kenya instantly became a member of the family.
