Tallia Storm Shares The Workout That Helped Her Lose Over 20 Pounds!

Singer Tallia Storm has lost over 12 kg while working out, which translates to a little over 26 pounds!

Fans have been so inspired by her weight loss journey that they have been begging her to share her secrets with them! After posting dozens of bikini shots at the start of the new year during her beach vacation, the Glasgow native finally decided to impart some fitspo with her 536 thousand Instagram followers!

In the Instagram video, set to the tune of her song “Everyday,” the “Kinda Savage, Kinda Sweet” singer posed in front of the mirror in a black sports bra and matching legs, putting her toned abs on clear display for her followers to see. Text over the video reads: “My daily workout that changed my life, helped me [lose] 12kg & become my happiest ever.”

The video begins with her running on a treadmill with her arms pumping at her sides. She says that she runs or walks between 5-10k a day before the shot switches to her doing arm pulls on a machine. She then hops on a stair climber, although she doesn’t say how long she does these last two exercises for.

The “Social Security” singer also showed snapshots of her performing weighted squats and box jumps, before moving into “small weighted squats.” She then does weighted lunges, weighted arm lifts, and up-downs, which she describes as “not fun.” Tallia then shows her followers how she stretches and cools down, looking considerably sweaty at the end of her video.

In the caption, she wrote, “The daily discipline that changed my life 😄😍 So many dms about my transformation Tuesday recently👩🏼‍🍳 so thought I'd share, this is just what worked for me. Learned from YouTube & train myself - so proud, I'm my fittest & happiest ever🤍🫶🏻 let's gooo 2023, keep the show on the road ➡️🎶🤝.”

In the comments, Tallia added, “I am such an ugly runner sorry not a track star at all.” However, fans were quick to reassure her. “You are not ugly anything luv,” one fan commented. “It’s actually so ugly it’s cute,” another follower chimed in. “I love that run; it’s so chaotic,” a third fan agreed.

“So refreshing to see someone actually working out - sweating, and pushing themselves hard- instead of posing and pouting! Go you!! You looks insannneeee!!!!” another follower chimed in. “Very trim! - Totally different from the little lady pictured with Elton John although just as talented - Well done you!” another fan shared.

Other followers asked her to share her diet with them but Tallia hasn't shared that information with her fans... at least, not yet! Instead, she had some even better news to share with her followers over the past week!

It looks like the “Pop Girl” singer is back in the studio working on some new music and her fans loved to hear it! She showed off her fit figure in a tiny silver top and black pants that matched the silver-and-black headphones that she was wearing around her ears.
