Olympic gymnast Nastia Liukin wasn’t messing around with her pre-bed look last night. The 30-year-old 5-time Olympic medalist dropped another flawless style shot for her 1 million Instagram followers, posting from her Dallas, TX home and looking the definition of cozy. Nastia, this month in the news for a major anorexia clap-back, was showing the haters they can shove it by flaunting her massive thigh gap, also swinging a hip as she posed in skimpy matching loungewear. The photo showed the 2008 all-around Olympic champion in her Instagrammable and all-white bedroom. The blonde, in selfie mode by her bed and mirrored amid a bouquet of pink roses, was posing in cream-colored knit shorts, plus a super-cozy-looking and matching sweater with a cute collar detail.

It looks like Nastia’s late-night snap has attracted attention – even one hopeful user asking the blonde out on a date.

Nastia is presumed single following ending her three-year engagement to 38-year-old former ice hockey player Matt Lombardi. There is, however, a man in the gymnast’s life. Earlier this year, Nastia adopted dog Harley, with the adorable pooch, seen above, recently accompanying Liukin during her Big Sky Country travels to Montana.

Nastia will turn 31 on October 30, with this week already bringing the star eyeing up her “birthday week” – clearly, celebrating the big day week-style isn’t just for makeup mogul Kylie Jenner. Posing outdoors and flaunting her “Gold Medal Butt” in tight jeans and a puffer jacket, Nastia let fans know the birthday is coming up, writing:
