Britney Spears has been inactive on social media for close to a week which is causing concerns among fans.
The 38-year-old singer hasn't posted on her official Instagram account in 6 days. The pop star is usually incredibly active on the platform and makes multiple posts per day.
Britney is usually filming herself dancing in the entryway of her L.A. mega-mansion, working out in her gym (which she burned down recently), or modeling a ton of bikinis in front of a white backdrop.
Britney going MIA on Instagram comes after a video she posted dancing to Madonna was deleted from her account.
The video showed Britney wearing a revealing red top that left little to the imagination. She accessories the look with tiny black shorts and black high heels. She danced around to Madonna's "Justify My Love" and seemed to get into the moves.
Many commented on Britney's video with heart-eyed emojis and praise for her being so free. However, the video was deleted hours later after it started causing a stir.
Many people noticed the video was deleted and started asking questions. It's unclear if Britney or a member of her team deleted the video. No explanation for the decision has been given to fans.
All of this comes as Britney scored a huge victory in court this month. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted a motion allowing Britney to hire her out outside counsel. Britney had been pleading for permission to hire a lawyer to represent her in the matter.
Britney's father, Jamie Spears, had been opposing the motion. He argued Britney may not have the mental capacity to make life-decisions. He has continued to push for the singer to remain under a conservatorship. She has been making moves to remove her father from his role in the estate.
At one point, Jamie spoke to Page Six about the #FreeBritney supporters. He called the group a "conspiracy theory" and said they had no idea what was best for his daughter's heath.
The #FreeBritney supporters believe Britney should be let free of her 12-year conservatorship. Many feel the people around her only want Britney under control to make sure they get paid.
Britney has shown support for her fans in court. Her lawyer wrote that Britney appreciates the love from every one of her fans, which seemed to be a firey response to her father's comments about them being a "conspiracy theory."
Britney's younger sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, has been dragged into the court battle too.
