Jay Mohr is being accused of slapping a woman who claims to be his ex-girlfriend, and she has now filed a restraining order against the comedian.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a woman was granted a temporary restraining order against comedian Jay Mohr after she claimed he 'slapped' her face multiple times and 'yanked' her by the hair during a blowout argument.
In the filing, the 24-year-old claims the 'Jerry Maguire' star "yanked me by my hair and slapped my face two or three times. Then he pinned me down and smacked my butt and face a few more times."

She continued, "When I went to leave he got right behind me and said ‘don’t you dare walk up those stairs. I won’t let you.’ He told me I wouldn’t have made it up the stairs. He told me I can’t get away from him.”
In the restraining order, she described her alleged injuries saying, "There were marks on my cheeks and buttock. I have pictures.”
The woman claims the police were not called to the scene but asked a judge to keep the comedian "200 yards" away from her and her home. She is also asking permission to record unlawful communications or the right to record communications made to her by Jay that violate the temporary restraining order.

A Los Angeles County judge issued the temporary restraining order against Mohr and ordered him to stay 100 yards away from the woman.
In the judge's order, Jay is also ordered to not contact the woman in any way, and the two are due back in court to argue for a permanent restraining order next month.
Mohr hosts his own podcast Mohr Stories and is best known for creating, hosting, and being executive producer of “Last Comic Standing”.
