Amber Heard is getting into the spirit of Halloween and showing off her festiveness hours after it was announced that her ex-husband lost one of his longtime lawyers in their ongoing defamation trial. The "Aquaman" star took to Instagram on Saturday afternoon and shared a memorable photo from Halloween of the past with her 3.9 million followers, which showed her pulling off a dual costume with one of her friends. It seems after the most recent developments in court Heard is suddenly in the mood to embrace the fun of Halloween.
It's unclear when Amber Heard's photo was taken, as she was clearly sharing a Friday Flashback on Instagram, but it appears to have been taken many Halloween moons ago for the 34-year-old actress. In the photo, Heard is seen wearing what appears to be a Goth-inspired Halloween costume, as the actress is dressed all in black with, and even included a black choker with dark lipstick. The other interesting detail Heard included was a giant horn sticking out of her head.
"Witch stole my look ?" the actress captioned her photo, as her friend in the photo was wearing the exact same costume.
The timing for Amber Heard's photo is less than 24 hours after her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, took a major hit in court when his lawyer was tossed off the case by the judge for alleged leaks to the press of sensitive information.
Depp's former lead attorney had been admitted pro hac vice to the Fairfax County Circuit Court, which allowed a special circumstance for him to practice law in the jurisdiction for the high-profile defamation case between the two stars.

According to Courthouse News Service, Heard's legal team filed for sanctions against the attorney after claiming he:
"[Was] responsible for disseminating audio recordings, surveillance pictures and declarations from third-party witnesses to websites and Twitter users, 'leading readers and potential jurors to believe that these declarations are somehow official case documents, which they are not.'
On Friday, the chief judge of the 19th Circuit agreed to terminate the attorney's pro hac vice status after being ethical violations were committed. There was no further action taken and the case will continue to move forward.

The courtroom drama between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has been going on since March 2019 when the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star filed a $50 million defamation suit against his ex-wife after she wrote an op-ed piece for The Washington Post where she discussed the backlash she faced after having "spoke up against sexual violence" and went public with the allegations against Johnny Depp during their highly-publicized and tumultuous divorce.
Heard followed up with a counterclaim of her own against Depp, and the two have been locked in a courtroom battle ever since.
